Thursday is the first day of winter and the shortest day of the year.
That means that the sun will rise at 9:11 am and set at 4:56 pm, giving us just under 8 hours of daylight. Phew. Thankfully from Dec. to June it will only be getting brighter.
And as of today only 5 more sleeps until Christmas. Yipee!
